I really feel stupid for having to ask, but I'm really not sure if the things that my father did to me were abuse, exactly.  I absolutely know that everything was fucked up and wrong, but abuse... ?  I'm just not sure.  Maybe part of my doubt is a hesitancy to label it as such a horrible thing.
